How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered.  If the description says USA shipping, the shipping should take less than a week.  However, often times we run low and stock or the item has to come from abroad and wait times may be 2-4 weeks (15 business days or more). Please email us at support@silomark.com to check on your order.

    Do you accept exchange for a different size?

    • If you selected the incorrect size of an item, unfortunately we cannot do an exchange because each item is custom-designed for each customer.



    What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is defective?

    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@silomark.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
    • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!



    Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes we currently offer international shipping. 



    How do I track my package?

    • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at support@olcie.com or going to https://www.17track.net/en and enter your Tracking number to track your package.




    • Our Money Back Guarantee ONLY covers defective items upon delivery.

    Basic Refund Policy

    • silomark.com sells a number of products. We have a very strict refund policy. Here are the basics for our refund policy:
      • Items can be returned ONLY if they are broken or damaged upon delivery: All items have a full 60-day refund guarantee if the item was sent to you as damaged or broken. We will need to see picture evidence to prove that your item was indeed sent to you as damaged or broken. This is also inclusive of shirts.
